We did a bunch of walking today (included a screen grab of that at the end) so counting some of those burned calories I still kept it under 1200.

Also, I was so starving at dinner because it was late that I forgot to take a photo of my dinner (we went to a Halloween festival so we needed to feed the fam pretty late quickly!)

    FYI I have a family of 6 to feed, today was Saturday so we relax a little bit, we are Orthodox so there are two days a week we are not eating any meat or dairy which means a lot of beans and veggies. We do a special Saturday breakfast traditionally since through the week it’s mostly just eating eggs.

    If you don’t like what I ate today that’s fine, you don’t have to eat it!

    Just for the future try not to consider burned calories; watches and calculators are very unreliable, and you will get frustrated if you don’t lose weight despite exercise.
