I’m really paranoid when it comes to calories, is this 7 calories per 100g or 7 calories per chip? (I’m just starting my diet and im really strict abt it, thus im currently learning how to properly read nutrition facts.)

per 100g im pretty sure.. just weigh them out to be sure that you’re getting the right amount. food is heavier / lighter than u think sometimes
