I have had potato on pizza before, it was really good. The secret is to use waxy potatoes like baby reds and parbake them until they’re just soft before slicing onto the pizza.
I imagine fries, being cooked before, will deliver a similar experience.

So my nearest pizza place has pizza with fires I tired it that shits banging no kidding, the dressing with the fries make it super good if the fries are actually good and well made, and the crust carries heavily too
