Is this the same picture or are several of you burning your pizzas? Stop doing that. It’s not that hard to cook a pizza without burning it. There is this awesome concept developed to prevent this called “Watch the Oven”. I should just create a podcast about it. Sorry to lose my temper, its okay. It’s just that all the effort needed to build a pizza and then, throw it in the fire too long seems to tick me off.
