Impromptu breakfast this morning, as I gave my last yogurt to my sick kiddo. A friend left half a loaf of Thomas’s Croissant Bread at our house, and this was my first time finally trying it. Sliced Muenster and a last minute addition of Dijon to cut the richness. Dang, this was good.

  1. Ok, that looks yummy because of the croissant bread. Other than another post a few days ago, I had never heard of that. Where do you live? I am so sad that we don’t have that…as far as I’m aware anyway. I LOVE LOVE croissants.
