5 strips of pan fried uncured turkey bacon (Applegate Naturals), 3/4 cup of liquid egg whites, 1 large organic egg scrambled with a brief spray of extra virgin olive oil spray from Whole Foods and lightly dried chives (I get them in a little tub in the refrigerated produce section at Ralph’s)
So glad I joined this subreddit and saw your posts about adding egg whites to a regular egg. Such a good idea.

hey so processed meat is a carcinogen, let’s maybe just stick to the eggs! then you’ll lose more weight 🫶
