one thing i genuinely don't miss is the laddishness with the sabotage and messing with each other's food. just doesn't respect the ingredients, seems immature now. glad you've moved on from that.
I think it would be awesome if Mike went on a journey to become the Sorted pastry chef. He seems to really love experimenting in deserts and I think it should be encouraged. Tangulu was his start on sugar work and he is in need of a redemption.
I love these kinds of cooking battles, I remember seeing the rice one and seeing what Barry was doing and thinking "Burger risotto?? Yeah why not"

I didn't know the burger battle would be here, but as I watched the nacho battle, I kept thinking Barry's "nachos" are like Mike's chicken "burger."
