Ingredients:
19 ounce can chick peas
juice of one lemon
1/2 cup tahini
2 slices jalapeno
1 or 1.5 ROASTED garlic cloves (or to taste)
pinch pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
4 tablespoons water

*serving suggestion: place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with ground paprika. Serve alongside pita bread, naan bread, crackers, raw vegetables, home made bread (or store bought).
