150g Maria Emmerich’s PSMF wonder bread diced into cubes
100g red onion sliced
60g kale chopped
8 slices Black Forest ham chopped (Natural selections)
4 large eggs
100ml cashew milk
40g gruyere grated
Salt, pepper & pinch of nutmeg

  1. Cook oniok in a pan with a bit of water, add kale for the last minute. cool.
  2. Beat egg and milk and season with S&p and nutmeg. soak bread in mixture for 10 minutes
  3. Mix everything together, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375F for 30 minutes
