mix all ingredients and add a bit of water to thin it out and dip low carb bread into mixture and cook on medium flipping after 3-4 min. without toppings this is 160 calories. I added 60g Greek yogurt, 10g powdered pb and sugar free maple syrup to bring it to 250 calories. I usually do 4 slices but I ran out of bread. In that case just increase the egg whites and pumpkin puree by 5g each. Also protein powder is optional but I like it to add extra protein, flavor and thickness 🙂
