That’s the recipe I used. Here are the tweaks I made: I added 3 lbs of cubed russet potatoes, 4 more cups of chicken broth, 2 more carrots, 2 more celery sticks, and doubled the basil, thyme, and bay leaf. I also added 4 cups of frozen chopped spinach instead of kale.

I also used my 7 quart Dutch oven instead of a slow cooker. I cooked the soup in my Dutch oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours and added the potatoes half way through the cooking.

Sorry for the mess. I make a mess when I cook.

    To be more accurate, you get 21 cups so 10.5 servings and I also forgot to say that I did not add the lemon juice because I did not have any.
