Google lense says lemon starburst but when I ate it it felt so much worse than 50-100k shu since I got some sauces with up to 1.2mio shu

Definitely looks like lemon starburst, and not all capsaicinoids effect everyone the same, meaning you shouldn’t rely on SHU.
I’ve had Jalapenos kick my ass harder than any Habanero I’ve ever eaten, despite knowing they are way milder on paper.

Lemon starburst most likely correct.

Peppers tend to be hotter than sauces, IMHO. Sauce makers seem to just pick the hottest pepper’s SHU and slap that number into their marketing material. Nevermind that peppers themselves vary in capsaicin concentration even on the same plant, and in a sauce they are further diluted with water, vinegar, sugar, and other ingredients.
