I wanted to be able to make my own foil liners for my Traeger grease bucket using kitchen foil so this was my solution. What do you think? Do you use the premade foil bucket liners for your grease bucket or have another solution?

My dog get to it before I can even collect it

Ok.. where did you get the plastic cone to shape them?

I just get the foil bucket liners. A 30 pack is under $5 online.

Wait, people line those buckets?

i just use a party favor tin pail from hobby lobby, i think the 5” is like $2.50. dump it out after each use, and when it gets super messy after a season or two just chuck it and get a new one.

I have a raccoon that takes the grease trap out of my grill and cleans it for me.

To add to this…. in the bucket, place a wide mouth large pickle jar or spaghetti sauce jar to catch the grease. Save the lid to seal it up when it is relatively full.

Whether u line it or not, save your glass jar containers & lids (pickles, salsa, etc). Put that in the bucket. When it’s done, put the lid on it, let it cool, and pitch it

The headline should read. “Here’s some 3D printed bucket liners that I made and have for sale”. You can wrap with aluminum foil for roughly twice as much as buying a large pack of the actual foil buckets.

Foil trays under all my cooks after a grease fire. I no longer let the meat drip into the smoker basin

It’s still gonna leak between those seems. It’s as useful as not having a liner at all.

I just use old vegetable/soup cans and a hanger I made from some aluminum wire. When the can gets full, I wrap it in the foil I used to line the drip tray and toss it.

Seems like an unnecessary unitasker. Simply turn the bucket upside down, form the foil around the bucket, take the foil off, flip bucket, stuff the foil inside the bucket.

I just get a rubber spatula and scrape the bucket then slap it into a garbage bag and toss it. Ez pz.

I don’t use liners lol

Use the outside of the bucket for the jig to make the foil cone for inside the bucket.

I’ve been cutting the top off soda cans and using that before tossing in the trash.

I find it wild people need to be suggested a video to come up with the idea of shoving aluminum foil in those catch buckets
