I tend to save majority of my calories for one big meal after work… all day I wanted just a comfort food so I went to Aldis after work & came up with this. Homemade chicken soup & a naan bread (my mom always used to make them🥲) All of this for ~798 calories. Eating the naan as an app while the soup cools

Oh me toooooo, I have been *all* about soup lately. I started making potato soup with blended cottage cheese instead of heavy cream, then throwing some chopped roasted broccoli and carrots in for texture, and eating it with 647 bread–the kaiser rolls particularly. Tomorrow I’m making spicy pumpkin bisque with curry and ginger powders and more blended cottage cheese, topped with onions caramelized in sugar free maple syrup and crispy turkey bacon.
