this is for me for dinner, and some leftovers for lunch. 2 big onions and about 15 cloves of garlic. it was delicious!

    Yessss my fav marinara recipe starts really similarly, except you use a food processor to make a paste from the onions and garlic and a shitton of dried herbs.

    I like doing this one “dark” so I use the darkest red wine I can find and fire-roasted tomatoes. Though it’s delicious done as-written, too.
