I’ve got a ton of unripe Tabasco peppers still on my plants. With the colder temperatures, I’ll need to pull them soon. What would you do with them?

Dig up, put in pots, and put under a grow lamp indoors – I have to do this every as the growing season is generally too short in Zone 5.

  2. I like to make pepper vinegar with my unripe tabasco peppers.

Maybe cover overnight if you still have warm/sunny days coming up

If you don’t want to pot them, just pull them up, roots and all, and hang them upside down in your garage. A lot of them will continue to ripen.
