Absolute tomato novice here! I grew this here plant from a seed, planted him on Mothers Day this year.
I made many, many a mistake. Planting him next to too many siblings and keeping him there, over-watering, lack of sun due to being on the back porch, just to name a few!
When it got to be early September, my plant was straight up 6 feet tall and flowerless and fruitless. I almost gave up, but I had already come this far! I finally had to make the cut.
Only after I was down to my healthiest, strongest plant, did I finally notice little flowers begin to bloom.
WELP, here we are on October 29th, 4.5 months later, and we FINALLY HAVE A RIPE LITTLE TOMATO! ♡♡♡ ☆☆☆
Thank you to everyone in this group for the tips, tricks, and inspiration I needed to persevere.
I know it's a dinky little tomato, but to me this year it is an absolute VICTORY!! 😆
Love and light to you all! I'll be back in the spring and stronger than ever!
