What my coworker considers clean vs what I consider clean.
For context he's an older guy but I don't get why my owner gets him to keep doing it.

You can keep it like the second pic by spending a little more time at night cleaning it instead of putting more time every few weeks.

Maybe show him the right way. I’m fussy and like a fryer like the second pic. It is easily achieved the way you are doing it. So impart a bit of knowledge, or just keep complaining.

i fill it with dawn and use a stainless scrub. it takes about 5 mins to get a fryer lookin like pic 2.
