I’m an avid baker anyway but I’ve started to delve into cookie decorating at the moment with the hope of being able to sell them.
These are royal icing sugar cookies.
I used a white gel colour base in the royal icing in the hopes of preventing colour bleed from the black/pink into the white.

I’m really pleased with how these turned out, but I’d love some constructive advice on how I can improve and make my cookies look more detailed/professional!
Thanks in advance 🙂

I think they’re lovely and the only thing I would do different is make the orange brighter next time

Are those supposed to be ghost arms holding the pumpkin? If so, I don’t think that works for this cookie cutter. The arms end up looking too long for the ghost shape. For this specific shape I would stick to the arms as they are in the cookie cutter. If you want it holding a pumpkin, I would remove the arm nubs from the side and just do small arms/hands holding the pumpkin.

Edit: it could look something like [this](https://pngtree.com/freepng/cute-ghost-holding-pumpkin-illustration_8533802.html).

  4. Only improvement i would make is theyvwould be at my house so we could eat them! They ars cute!!

I recommend making them uglier so that people don’t feel guilty messing up a perfectly cute cookie

Those look wonderful! The only thing which could possibly improve them as if they were in my belly :p

But seriously, no, you’ve done a fabulous job and should be proud!
