    Pizza toppings: tomato purée mixed with low fat cream cheese and garlic paste.
    Load of veggies (sweet corn, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes) black olives, light cheese, deli meat.
    Salad: lettuce, raw slaw mix, beets, avo, radish, cucumber and sauerkraut. With an apple cider vinegar + onion/garlic powder and paprika dressing!
    Total ~ 500-550 depending on amounts of veg. Could definitely be made lower (skip avocado/olives/beetroot/corn to save ~100-150 cals)
