I have cooked this recipe a ton but it’s for stovetop and I’m trying to convert to slow cooker. The time should be determined to have 1/2” diced sweet potato be soft but still hold shape not over cooked. I am using g canned beans so the sweet potato alone is determining the timing. What would you do? TIA

Probably between 2-4 hours on high. You can check the texture of the sweet potatoes after they hit the 2 hour mark and then figure out if it needs more time.
