Back to School Chicken & Bacon Ranch Wraps 🥪🎒 Quick, easy, and perfect for lunchboxes.
Makes: 2 full-size or 4 lunchbox-sized wraps
Ingredients:
5 rashers of Farmland Streaky Bacon
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 wraps
A handful of grated cheese
Method:
Cook bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
Mix spinach, chicken, and bacon in a bowl. Toss with ranch dressing.
Lay out a wrap, sprinkle cheese, and add a line of the mixture.
Fold, toast in a sandwich press, and let it cool.
Slice and pack in lunchboxes for a tasty, budget-friendly lunch!
