I have green jalapeños peppers and one red bright pepper, and the pepper that’s yellow and green. Should I be concerned?

They typically turn red if it’s on the longest. The other should turn all green.

  2. That’s just varying degrees of ripeness. The green one is unripe, the half yellow half green one is beginning to ripen, and the red one is ripe. I’m sure one exists, but I don’t know of any peppers that don’t start out green and change to some other color when they ripen.

Like, when you see green, yellow, orange, and red bell peppers in the grocery store – those are all the same pepper. Just varying in ripeness.
