  1. How can you say it's not restricting when your first week is cutting out a whole bunch of carbs? ALL diets are restrictive in some way. Intermittent fasting makes the most sense. I did keto. Yes, I lost weight. Was it sustainable? No

    He said avoid fish oil so will look for dry fish πŸ˜‚

  4. So a dumb question: is there a certain way to ingest the 2/2/1 ingredients? Or some ways recommended…? Or, doesn’t really matter, just anyway that you can get them into your system…

  5. Hello , i decided it is time for me to try your one month , today is my first day , i do have some questions that were not covered on the video . During meal times , can you eat cheeses? What about fruits appart from raspberries and strawberries? Cantaloupe, water melon, apples?

  6. These are some great strategies. I don’t recommend working out fasted if you’re a woman in menopause.

    Also, coconut oil and MCT oil are great for energy while butter/ghee will help you feel full… whip them up in a bullet to emulsify the oil and they are delicious!

  7. PROGRESS: 2.5 days in, carbs under 50 each day, approx 500 caloric deficit daily, and almost 1g/lbs of body weight in proteint. No ketones yet, as measured by urine strips. Down about 2.5 lbs in body weight. πŸ˜€
