I try to eat as healthily as possible but I can’t give up on my granola in the morning. It’s filled with sugar but it’s necessary for me to stay on track lol. I also had carrots (50g) and hummus (30g) as a snack for a total of 1224 calories.

This adds up to ~50g protein at most right? That’s extremely low for most any population.
