    I love the fact you did it. But as a Cambodian, it looks more like Thai Boat Noodle (dark soup). We use pork (or chicken) based soup which is clear. And as for meat, put whatever you like beef, pork, fish, chicken etc. As for noodle, it is thinner than the one you use for Pho. ❤ I hope you can try that later.
