    Oh, and im sorry, first time poster, i forgot to add the engredientes/recepie!
    Verry simple: 80 gram of carnaroli rice (per person), a big glas of amarone della valpolicella, meat stock (i think it also would work with vegtable, if you want to keep it vegetarian)
    Butter and parmigiano for the finish

    First toast the rice in a medium hot pan, than add the whine a little bit every time until the alcohol is evaporatet, then add some stock from time to time to keep the rice coverd in fluid. When the rice is al dente, take it off the heat, add the parmigiano and the butter, stir/toss until it is meltet and serve! Bon Appetito!
