Crazy warm October in Ontario has helped these plants keep fruiting/ripening into November. Super hots didn’t fare so well. A lot of 20c days here have evened out the 0-5c night temps.

I’m with you, zone 6a/b I’ve placed sheets over my beds last Sat and may do again tonight. If they make it, should have another good 3-5 days to ripen !! I had a bit of frost damage, leaves/stems only like you’re showing

Dude! I just picked 2 chocolate scotch bonnets and 6 habaneros from some plants I put in the back corner of my mom’s yard today when I was raking her leaves. I’m in zone 6a and I’ve never had this happen without having to move pots in and out of the garage so me just keeping plants in the ground and not having to think about them is bizarre.
