    Hey just a tip, but you do not need to count veggies this closely! 4 calories of purple cabbage is not enough to warrant weighing and calculating.

    Yes counting everything is important, but also pick your battles. Its exhausing watching so many ingredients so closely. Here you couldve just approximated about 100 calories for the greens, then counted out the more caloric things one by one.

    I’ve only had one piece of French bread and some I can’t believe it’s not butter (I’m about to go get something to eat) not intentional but I got distracted! I’m going to get a chick Fil a sandwich with a side salad before I go to a soccer game πŸ™‚

    this looks so good. i had rice cakes with laughing cow cheese & cucumber, + some raspberries and bananas. i’m sick right now so that’s the only thing i could keep down lol

    I had a lean cuisine protein kick meal….meatloaf and mashed potatoes, all for less than 300 calories. I had a beef stick and some almond flour crackers this afternoon for a snack.

    I had a sandwich, just learned about turkey sandwich meat, you can have so much meat for not much calories. Really happy with that πŸ˜€
