Cranberry Sauce

    Cranberry Sauce in the slow cooker:

    *1 package fresh cranberries
    *1/2 cup orange juice
    *1/3 cup water
    *brown sugar to taste (I put 1/3 cup)

    If you are feeling fancy:
    *orange zest
    *ginger
    *vanilla extract
    *walnuts
    *cloves

    So simple: I just dumped all in the slow cooker and let it cook for 4 hours, I had put too much liquid so I took the lid off and let it cook some more while the exces liquid evaporated. Free air freshener!
