First time ever making croissants— pretty satisfied!

Sourdough croissants, hand laminated!

I’ve definitely got a ways to go. I made some mistakes here and there during lamination.

Overall though I’m still really satisfied— they tasted amazing!

I’m absolutely gonna give these another go real soon.
