I think they’re cool, and super cute. But I’m a human dumpster and will eat anything. There’s a lot of picky folks out there that won’t eat half of what’s in it, so I can see them being wasteful.

It’s very convenient but could lead to waste since you can’t only pick the things you want.

You took the one good thing about a grazing board/charcuterie board (make a big board and let people get what they want), and you’ve made more work and paper waste from it. The concept is nice, but imo it takes away all the good things about a charcuterie board and doesn’t really do anything other than satisfying the people who get the ick from eating off a board. If this catches on how much more cardboard waste from our industry?? we already wasteful!

I love it because it’s far more sanitary than traditional charcuterie.

I much prefer this to a normal board because at least this way I know a bunch of people haven’t accidentally touched my pieces of food on the way to the ones they want. haha

I think these would be good for a food show or any multi table event. Business show/comic con, etc. Grab and go walking around the trade show. Or farmers market if you are sampling your cheeses or jams/spreads…I’d eat 2 or 3…looks good

I love this!!! So cute and gives peace of mind to all the germaphobes lol

  10. Love it. Having something easy and clean to hold is great.

There are timed when a board isn’t appropriate. These are an excellent alternative, and they look delicious!

Those look great. What a creative idea. Although I think the nice thing about a board is options. Not everyone will want to eat everything in the cup.

So cute!! And love the idea from a health perspective as well as convenience.

For anyone concerned with paper waste, you could use leaf cups. Banana leaf, banyan leaf, palm, etc. or even corn husks.

Another option would to make edible cups.

I love this. I love the idea of a grazing table but hate the idea of everybody touching everything (even with tongs, it still happens)

  15. I think it’s super cute but as someone with celiac disease I couldn’t eat anything that was near the cracker (unless the cracker was gf).

  16. Tapdance1368

Yes! That way everyone isn’t reaching in to the same platter!

I like the idea for preventing the spreading of germs but as someone who is an extremely picky eater, I would want to be able to pick and choose what I want like a traditional charcuterie.

  18. Zestyclose-Win-7906

I prefer to pick what I want. I don’t eat gluten and eat only a little cheese so this would be a waste.

  19. fanceegirl75

Fantastic idea! Especially for those who cringe at the thought of other peoples germs touching the board before they got to it.

They’re so cute and more sanitary, but can also be tricky to juggle and eat, and, unless you offer a variety of options – dairy free, vegetarian/vegan, etc – you may end up with more leftovers and waste.

  21. petit_aubergine

they already seem dated to me – like this trend is over

  22. Calm_Salamander_1367

They’re adorable but everyone doesn’t want everything on the charcuterie board so they’re a little wasteful

  23. BirdDad420

Absolutely love this and will be trying it in the future.

They are very cute. Is it possible to have a meatless option with veggies or something in its place.
