Its called Mazesoba here in Canada but ive been to Japan (everywhere) twice and i couldnt seem to find it.

im coming back next year so i wouldnt wanna miss it.
Its up there with my favourite japanese noodle dishes – tsukemen, and champon!

  1. There are many types of mazesoba in Japan. In my cafe here in Fukuoka we make mazesoba but it looks completely different to this.
