Okay so I like to freeze them and then whenever I want I can just take a few and fry them in a pan and then steam it with some water and cornstarch so the bottom gets super crispy 🙂
There’s a TON of gyoza recipes online but I personally like to use the following ingredients: – about 800g of ground chicken – 300g of kimchi – two stalks of spring onions – around 100g of shiitake mushrooms – more garlic than you think you need
and then I eyeball the rest, which is ginger, a nice, low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil and sake. I also just use premade gyoza wrappers from the Asian supermarket, mine doesn’t say how many are in one pack but I used about two and a half so there’s about 35 in one pack for me!
