Every week I challenge myself to make a new dish for my friends/family. This week is Coconut Chickpea Curry with garlic pita bread. Very easy to make, very very tasty and the total cost is maybe $2/serving.

For the pita/naan just brush a pita/naan with butter and sprinkle it with salt, garlic powder and maybe onion powder. Cilantro on top. Brown or white rice. Your choice. We also added some coconut palm sugar to bring out the sweetness a little bit.
We also added a bit of hot chilli to ours 🙂
