Hey folks,
I’ve been grilling for a couple of years. Started around 16 (now 13) and it has been a fun and tough road. Always trying to raise the bar until I reach a point of restaurant grade stakes.
Yesterday it was the closest I have been of achieving this dream.
(Did it in the dark and started raining, was a tough but super fun night)
