Ate this at Matsusakagyu in osaka and i wonder if i can replicate it at home. I have a decent amount of A5 in my freezer and would be very grateful if anyone can lead me to a copycat recipe of this.

    Presumed the cut is noharayaki? I have been to the OG restaurant, Yakiniku Jambo which started the trend.

    I believe it’s just sirloin thinly sliced, marinated in tare sauce then grilled. Perhaps just google ‘Yakiniku Jambo Noharayaki’ and perhaps you can find the recipe
