● Jinro Soju, 360 ml
● Pork Belly, 500g
● Ginger
● Green Onions
● Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp
● Korean Gochugaru, 1 tbsp
● Chili Oil, 1 tbsp
▶ Method:
1. Marinate the pork belly for 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
2. Season the pork belly with ginger, green onions, oyster sauce, Korean chili powder, chili oil and combine it well.
3. Fry the marinated pork for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat, done!
