

Grabbed a 6# butt and covered it overnight with spices and a sour cherry spread, injected some for good measure. Super smoke at 225 for 6 hours, sprayed with cherry Dr pepper after 3 hours and again every hour later, then made a glaze with remainder of cherry spread and dr pepper and covered it with foil, then into the oven at 350 to reach temp and rest for an hour.
One of my best attempts so far!
