Are these overfilled? I canned them with 1/2 head space as directed on the NCHFP website but some of the jars feel sticky. They all seem to have sealed so maybe I'm just over thinking.
Water bath canned no added sugar.

If you followed the tested recipe and process, then there’s nothing to worry about. Sometimes product does expand into the initial headspace due to escaping air and the vacuum seal, but that’s partly what it’s for. If you did have any siphoning, you might like to use the affected jars first, as their seal has a higher risk of failing later on. But otherwise, if the jar is sealed, then it’s safe.
Regarding the sticky jars, this can be normal. Just wash your jars before storing, as you should each time anyway.
