Love pineapple upside-down cake! Had it for my birthday last month! I make mine from scratch and also use both crushed pineapple and rings. Instead of Maraschino cherries that has Red 40, a food dye, I use canned Montmorency organic tart cherries. Love it esp the caramelize edges of the cake! 😋
