30 min stretch and fold 4 times. Rest on counter 4 hours and then about 14 hours in the fridge.
Pulled out of fridge folded in 3rds proofed in tray for 2 hrs.
Before baking at 430 for about 30 min. (Pretty sure my oven runs cold, and my oven thermometer recently broke)
