


When you are craving something sweet Good protein, low sugar
One cup of cottage cheese (blend the crap out of it 😂 because it’s a texture thing😂)
A half a cup of chocolate chips, your choice I use semi sweet melted really soft, but not quite melted
One egg
Blend everything together
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375
I didn’t use a sweetener, but some people do without the sweetener. It’s not as sweet but it still pretty dang good.
I also pair it with sugar free cool whip!!

So many things lately made from cottage cheese and I just can’t stand it
So what’s the deal with the chocolate chips? Can you use coco powder instead? I don’t think my body likes the fake sugar in that stuff. (is that even a thing or am I imagining it?)
