Made two batches of these bad boys a few weeks ago, split them up and froze a bunch of them in patty containers so I can pop one off and add delicious caramelized onions to any meal I want

    I do a late night grill at a music festival and will caramelize two gallon sized bags on the Blackstone nightly. Seriously, so effing delicious and really brings the crowds around.

    Good idea freezing them.
