Hi there, I am a 6’1 27 year old male and currently weight 101kg and probably around 20% body fat. How much weight would you imagine I will lose in 6 weeks on 1500 calories per day?

    Edit: I will be pretty sedentary during this period probably gym 3-4 times per week and less than 3000 steps per day.

    I think you’re underestimating your BF – you’re probably closer to 23-25%.

    Depends on many factors such as what you do in the gym and what your diet consists of – if you stick with it properly you can lose a KG a week as long as you’re in a 1,000 Kcal deficit daily. With 1,500 Kcal daily and exercise at 100kg it should be possible.

    Make sure to keep track of what you eat, don’t under-estimate calories as many do. Eat a protein heavy diet to keep you full and to protect muscle/lose fat.
