Party size for about 15-18 bowls (3 hours cooking times – about 3.5 gallons)
– Beef Bones = 7lb, Pork Feet = 4lb, Pork Blood, Beef Shank = 4lb
– Oil, Rock Sugar = 7pcs, Salt = 5tbsp, MSG = 2tbsp, Annatto Seeds
– Pineapple 1/2, Red Hot Peppers 8pcs, Shrimp Paste, Alcohol for washing
– Lemongrass, Garlics, Shallots
– Rice Stick Noodles

– Bean Sprout, Vietnamese Spearmints, Onion/Shallots
– Scallions, Beefsteak plants, Lettuce
