I received the wrong meals and called customer service and they said there is nothing I can do about it. Has this happened to anyone?
I also didn’t receive the fruit box, but they did agree to refund that.

I’ve received the wrong recipe cards before and got some credit on my account for contacting them. The recipes are all on the app

Their choices look much better to me than yours. They look like premium meals, too.
You should insist on a refund for the two wrong meals if you don’t like them, though.

You should escalate it. It’s not what you ordered, you should get a generous discount or a full refund.

Yes, I received the wrong meals. Twice. Was refused a refund. Twice. I cancelled. Haven’t gone back.
The best? worst? part was that I only had the service for 2 months. Yup, my first and second boxes were both wrong. 0/10 would not recommend.

Annoying. I have had nothing but great customer service. Maybe try calling again. Or sending an email?

Happens everytime I used the app rather than the website to sort the meals. I don’t know if I miss an extra step to save my meal plan compared to when I do it through the browser though so it’s a slightly different situation in that the order resets itself without me realising.

I had kinda the same thing this week. They sent the default 4, plus the 4 I selected. And are telling me that they cannot refund.

Their customer service is just there to say ‘we can’t do anything’.
I will tell you just the thing that will work 100% of time.
Mention you problems on LinkedIn and tag the people in charge (VPs & CEOs) on the post.
This works because the people in charge don’t want to look bad in front of the community.

It happened to me once in the four plus years as a customer. I was told to keep the ones that were sent by mistake and received a refund for those. Then they delivered the correct meals a couple days later. Ate good that week.

If everyone who has had a similar experience did the LinkedIn complaint, naming names, and insisted on refunds or reversed the charges these incidents would be rare or non existent.
