✅ – 90g 96/4 Ground Beef (for each patty)

✅ – 1 Slice Maple Turkey Bacon

✅ – Sesame or Brioche Bun

✅ – Light Mayo, Ketchup, Yellow Mustard, Pickle juice (about 1tbsp of each for all 3 burgers)

✅ – 1 Kraft singles or Reduced Fat American

✅ – vegetables of choice (I used tomato, iceberg lettuce, & red onion)

  2. Making burgers with that little fat content sucks tbh, Ik jts bad for you but I use a little pam and smash the patties on thin onions to add back some juices with very little calories extra
