Ive seen the posts on here saying birria tacos are around 300 – 350 calories with a cup of consomme being 50 calories and a tbsp of sour cream being 25 calories but I find it hard to believe that a taco is 350 calories. I estimate 450 calories (but believe everything else lol), I’m just afraid of the cheese adding on the cals.
