Pizza Night, 438 cals

  1. Photo 1 is the broccoli and half the pizza, photo 2 is the whole pizza out of the oven.

    This was 438 cals for the entire pizza (6 slices) and the broccoli, and it all came out to 34g protein.

    The crust is Joseph’s Lavash, and I made my own tomato “sauce” by grating fresh tomatoes, then cooking them down with Italian seasoning, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Topped it with 2 oz of grated mozzarella, some sliced green pepper, and turkey pepperoni. Threw a handful of arugula on top after cutting it up and enjoying with some seasoned air fried broccoli.

    Cooking notes: I preheated the oven to 375F with a sheet pan inside. Assembled the pizza on a cutting board, slid it onto the hot sheet pan, then popped it all in the oven for about 8 minutes. Preheating the pan was likely what got the crust a little crispy.
